Meet the Team!


Kristin Fleming Arnold


Kristin is the President/Founder. Her business experience of 15 years includes stints with NASCAR, Mercedes Benz, and Northfield Trading. Her current focus as President is developing sales and marketing within the company's markets and internet. She manages direct sales to her own clients while assisting the company’s sales staff. Kristin is a graduate from Elon University with a degree in Sports Marketing and Business. She is also the head tennis coach for Bishop England girls and boys tennis.


Liz Cantey


Elizabeth Cantey is a Sales Rep for the Charleston area. She has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University (go tigers!). She was previously a Program Director for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Tampa, FL. She currently focuses on sales and special events in the Charleston area including the First Flush Festival. Elizabeth is a native Mount Pleasant and brings a ray of sunshine to the ECAP office everyday!


Courtenay Tucker


Courtenay is a Charleston native; where she graduated from Ashley Hall and went on to attend Hollins College in Virginia. Post graduation, she returned to the Lowcountry to start her own travel and event planning business, Creative Expeditions. Moving into her career with East Coast was a natural fit as she deals with the same clientele, just on a different level. Her interests are her pets, tennis, boating, cooking, and hunting among other activities. She stands ready to work with you and your brand marketing needs!


Jennifer deBrux

Jennifer is native of Mt. Pleasant, SC where she graduated from College of Charleston with a Business degree. She has extensive customer service, sales/marketing and management experience in the retail industry. Her current focus is customer service and developing marketing strategies for customers and sales personnel. She lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC with her husband and 2 daughters.


Herb Fleming


Herb’s business background extends over 40 years. His experience is sales/marketing, administration, and finance. He has been with the company since its inception. As the Chief Financial Officer, Herb’s principal focus is on developing strategies for growth in sales, sales personnel and administration/finance. He is a graduate of Adelphi University and holds a MBA from Fordham University.


Joyce Fleming


Joyce assists with marketing research. Her business experience includes customer service and marketing. Her duties include research assistance and presentation management. She is a graduate of Farleigh Dickenson College with a degree in Elementary Education.


Eleanor Anne Osteen


Eleanor is one of East Coast AP Marketing's Sales Representatives. She is a native of Suffolk, Virginia and received a degree in Public Relations from the University of Alabama.  She comes to East Coast after working in Development for a local Charleston non-profit, Camp Happy Days. She enjoying working with customers to find products and apparel to fit their marketing needs. 


Troy Tyson


Troy is East Coast's Sales Representative in North Carolina. He has a proven track record of success for over 18 year in the embroidery, screen printing & promotional industry. His main focus is customer service and developing marketing strategies for his customers. He lives in North Carolina where he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and friends. 


Grace Meyer 


Grace, an East Coast Sales Representative, is a native Charlestonian with a BA degree from the College of Charleston in Arts Management. Her background includes experience in professional sports marketing, event planning, and the wine & spirits industry. Before coming to Eastcoast, Grace worked for a local non-profit, the American Red Cross. Her passion for creativity eventually led her back to the marketing industry. When not working at EastCoast, Grace enjoys being a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers.


Carol Benjock


Carol joins the East Coast team as a Sales Representative and brings with her 18 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the Promotional Logo Wearables and Logo Specialty Products Industry. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Queen's University in Charlotte, NC. Carol moved to Summerville, SC in 2014 with her husband and two children, they love the Lowcountry and are here to stay! When Carol is not working, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga and spending time with her family and friends. 


Lea Laconia

Lea is East Coast's newest addition as Graphic Designer. Lea was born and raised in Northern Virginia but moved to Charleston to earn her Bachelor's in Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Charleston. Having a career with a creative outlet has always been her dream job. She enjoys illustrative and type heavy designs and is inspired by local artists here in Charleston.


Sean Meller

Sean is East Coast's Account manager. Originally from New Jersey, Sean received a BA from West Virginia University in Communication Studies with a minor in Advertising. While away from the office, Sean enjoys putting time in at the gym, riding long boards around Downtown Charleston and wake boarding across the various waterways.


Cindy Phillips


Cindy is East Coast’s Bookkeeper and has been in Corporate and Public Accounting for over 20 years.  She received her degree in 1992 and came to East Coast from a local CPA Firm.  Cindy moved to Mount Pleasant in 2011 from the Raleigh, NC area with her husband and two children and loves living here.  When Cindy is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and supporting the Charleston County School of the Arts and the Wando High School Band!
